Cassiope Woven will accept returns and/ or exchanges from the original customer. Product must be new unwashed unworn merchandise & within 14 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges must be in brand new, unused, unwashed condition with all tags & paperwork. Returns and/ or exchanges must be in new. unused, unscented, not stained condition.
Returns and Exchanges are non-transferable.

Cassiope Woven will cover the cost of return shipping of the merchendise has a manufacturer defect. All other shipping expenses are non refundable. The cost of return shipping is customer's responsibility if return or exchange is due to personal preference.
